These days with the popularity of yoga, anyone can pay to attend a  teacher training & receive a certificate
to teach. This often results in a generic, modern, mix type of exercise 'yoga'.

Teacher trainings can be beneficial.
I completed one myself in 2011 which I still value deeply as my first step into teaching yoga. However I consider my
true training to be the hours  of daily practice I do both  on & off my yoga mat. Practising as a daily discipline is how you can transform yourself from the inside and learn how to heal & become your own teacher.

I am a seeker and l believe the truth, or what is true to you, cannot be  given to you by anyone else. Rather it's from becoming quiet & looking inside where the answers lie. Yoga prepares the body, meditation is the medicine.
I have practised under my teachers and taught alongside them for long periods of time which has given me a thorough understanding of how to teach Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga using Ayurvedic principles.

The more you practice focus, the more layers of yourself you unravel - slowly, slowly, this yoga is a long process.
