But after those first 10 Surya Namaskar A’s, I felt amazing and couldn’t quite describe why so I went back for more.

 

Having a daily practice has changed my life in so many ways.

 

Everything just seems more manageable, I feel clearer, lighter and more loving towards myself and others around me.

Bonnie is a wonderfully kind and compassionate teacher. You will be given an incredible amount of attention with a strong approach to you as an individual.

 

Bonnie’s guidance is firm but encouraging with gentle physical adjustments and a strong focus on the breath.
