Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style of yoga which is dynamic and meditative. Although quite physical it is ultimately a breathing practice, the breath leads the movements. You learn a set sequence you can practice daily. If you are new to the practice you will start at the very beginning learning just a little and then we slowly add postures as you are ready to move on. Available to anyone who wants to learn.

I can advise you on how to best approach your practice and routine, according to your individual need.  I can help you learn to practice in a way that is nurturing and not depleting. I maintain a daily practice having been through some challenging life events and having had 4 young children.  I understand how to make this practice work to benefit and support your busy life. I believe in this method having used it to manage and better my own daily life.
