ASHTANGA YOGA KAPITI
Over the last few years my formal training has taken a traditional path, being mentored/apprentice to my beloved teacher's Prem and Radha Carlisi.
Teaching alongside them in their yoga room over many months has given me hands on practical experience which is a rare & special way to learn, given the ease of
intensive training courses.
I am forever thankful for all they have guided me in and for their dedication and love.
Mysore Ashtanga practice is a daily practice you learn from a teacher in a 'self practice style'. This is a set sequence and the method works by doing your practice every day and slowly building it. Although this is a dynamic practice, it does not have to be long or arduous, you do only as much as you are ready for.
The method was developed in Mysore India by Pattabhi Jois who taught my teacher's who teach me.
This is a practice that requires dedication, for those who are ready for a discipline in their life I would be honoured to share this method with you.
I have taught over the Christmas holiday period at Ashtanga Yoga Bali Research Centre in 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and scheduled to return May 2019.
